Zach Maitzen brings more than 11 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector, where he has been a driving force behind the continuous innovation and improvement of Salud's technology. As a leader at Salud, Zach spearheads the development and maintenance of proprietary solutions like Salud Synapse, AutoStatusing, and claim scrubbing, ensuring that the company remains at the cutting edge of the revenue cycle industry. He also leads efforts in data analysis and reporting, providing key insights to support strategic business decisions. In addition to these responsibilities, Zach helps oversee the security of the company’s systems and ensures that Salud maintains SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, safeguarding sensitive client and patient data. Zach manages client interfaces such as VPN and sFTP, playing a key role in ensuring seamless integration and communication with clients. With a BS in computer graphics and a minor in computer technology from Purdue University, Zach is dedicated to leveraging technology to optimize revenue cycle processes and drive operational excellence.
