A place to make a difference
At Salud Revenue Partners, you can work for an organization dedicated to your professional advancement as well as delivering unparalleled results for our customers. We give staff objectives, exceptional training and technology-enabled resources to accomplish goals – and then set them free to get the job done. We encourage fresh ideas and a collaborative approach to delivering industry-leading solutions to clients.
We make extraordinary effort to develop knowledge, remove obstacles and advance analytical capabilities to ensure our staff spend their days doing only meaningful work. Our advanced workflow tools pull together payer and claims data and apply sophisticated algorithms to structure work that optimizes staff efforts. Instead of managers distributing and collecting worklists from staff, we automate worklists and provide sufficient flexibility for staff to act on trends they identify.
Career development is not always about getting new titles. Another way to look at advancement is to work for a growing company that rewards its employees based on our collective performance. Employees enjoy an excellent benefits package, including a retirement account matching program, comprehensive health benefits, disability coverage and a generous paid time off program. Schedules are flexible, as we respect the family/work life balance that is essential to health, happiness and success.
We place great value on corporate citizenship. As an organization, we support the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society through team participation in the annual Heart Walk and Relay for Life. Our employees also have chosen to give generously to United Way of Greater Lafayette. At the holidays, we provide a book to every child in the area’s Head Start program and provide donations to women and children in the domestic abuse program. You will find our employees serving on boards or volunteering for not-for-profit organizations throughout the community, including Bauer Family Resources, YWCA volunteer, and local schools.
CEU credits: Salud has been approved by the American Association of Professional Coders to award Continuing Education Unit credits to its employees through our training programs. The AAPC says: “Being recognized as an approved vendor … is a privilege extended to vendors who have proven to provide valuable continuing education to our members and the coding community.”
